I usually stayed in turismo, but its fullbooked for this month, so im desperate to find another hotel with similar conditions for my next businestripp of several days. I usually stay at Hotel Timor when in Dili for work. The rooms are better than the Esplanada, but the food isn%26#39;t nearly as good! I think their cheapest room is about $135/night, not sure if that would exceed your budget. In any case their contact info is:
